Lee Wilson from Access Central helped develop the first Changing Places Information Kit in 2014 and has been an active campaigner and advocate for Changing Places facilities.
Lee is a Changing Places Assessor (CP020), Livable Housing Assessor (20012), SDA Accredited Assessor (SDA00040) and an Accredited Access Consultant (236). He has also served as a volunteer Subject Matter Expert for the Australian Building Codes Board since early 2018.

3. The Changing Places Trademark is owned by the State of Victoria through its Department of Health and Human Services.
4. The Changing Places Logo can only be used for referring to toilets which have been accredited as Changing Places Toilets, this will not include Accessible Adult Change Facility (AACF) toilets provided to meet the National Construction Code, Building Code of Australia Volume One Clause F2.9 requirements (unless separately assessed and accredited as a Changing Places facility).
5. Use of the Changing Places Logo may be granted to the following:
- Managers / Owners of accredited Changing Places facilities;
- Changing Places Assessors; and
- Other individuals and organisations as appointed by the Victorian State Government Department of Health and Human Services.
6. Any person or organisation seeking the use of the Changing Places Logo can send their request in writing, with any accompanying documentation to the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services via email.
